Academia and government employees are eligible to receive a 40% discount off all conference and workshop registration packages. This does not apply to research forum only.
To take advantage of the discount:
You must provide a valid ID (see below) to obtain the discount. Indicate on the online registration that you wish to take advantage of the discounted pricing.
Fax a copy of your identification credential (see below)
Valid forms of identification include:
Educational Institution identification
Institutional letter verifying educator/student's employment or enrollment status
Health Insurance identification displaying Educational Institution name
Government agency identification
Payment
Payments, both domestic and international, must be received on or before October 13, 2005. No attendee will be admitted into the conference without payment. Substitutions may be made at any time by contacting the PDMA Registrar at 866-223-2579 (toll free). A $100 processing fee will be charged for cancellations made on or before September 23, 2005.
Cancellation Policy:
There is a $100 processing fee for all cancellations through September 23, 2005. There will be no refund for cancellations after September 23, 2005, although substitutions are welcome. There will be no refunds for registrants who do not attend the conference. Cancellations cannot be accepted by telephone at any time. If you need to cancel after September 23, 2005 please send your cancellation by email to asee@globalexec.com
