Getting from Needs to Concepts: The Toolbox for Developing Needs-Based Product Concepts
Participants will be introduced to a suite of straightforward tools and techniques for obtaining the right customers to talk to, different ways to listen to the customer, the right questions to ask, useful frameworks for organizing specifications, methods for verifying and validating, a compact method for writing customer-needs-based specifications and developing concepts that meet those specifications.
